Delete your VetPassport account and data

You can delete your VetPassport account and all its data at any time, in the app or by email.

Delete your account in the app

• Open VetPassport on your iPhone or Android phone and sign in.
• Go to “Profile” › “Delete Account”.
• Confirm. The app shows what will be deleted:

“Your account, pets, records, photos and reminders will be deleted for good. This can't be undone.”

Delete your account without the app

Write to hello@elva-lab.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete your account and all its data and confirm by email within 30 days.

Delete only some of your data

You can delete any record, document, photo or reminder in the app on its own screen, and you can delete a pet from its profile. Your account stays.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it separately:

• Google Play: Deleting your account doesn't cancel your Google Play subscription. You can cancel it in Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
• App Store: Deleting your account doesn't cancel your App Store subscription. You can cancel it in iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.

What may be kept

• We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
• Usage data is kept only as long as it is needed for analysis. You can ask us by email to delete the analytics data linked to your account, and we will ask Amplitude to delete it.
• Records of your purchases are kept by Apple or Google under their own rules.
